Error: the blackberry administration service was unable to retrieve specific device attributes from the device
Resolution: This error usually occur when your Besadmin account doesn't have access to the mailbox or Exchange Server. You will all notice that "RPC command failed" in the MAGT logfile. This issue is resolved by granting send-as, receive-as and administator information store to BESadmin account against the mailbox.
